Can anyone tell me some great Aerobic DVDs, Yoga DVDs, and Exercise routines? - aerobic yoga

I want to be healthy, but do not want to lose the comfort of my home. So I was wondering if anyone some great workouts or DVDs, was the most effective. I have a yoga mat and a yoga ball as it is not a big problem. Please give me an answer as soon as possible. Thank you Bye
