I am 17 weeks and I have a hard time with clogged sinuses and sinusitis headaches! (I use saline spray, bags of ice on the head and neck, but I have 4 years who do not have much longer), and paracetamol, I became the doctors and they told me there was no infection, it was not anything he could do.
