What do I need? we have one, but I have never used, my husband, but not often, once in a blue moon .. lol, but I do not know how much barbecue, so I did not ask him. We have just moved, we have a beautiful garden and would like a little barbecue and eat outside.

I prefer to use charcoal inscription "Kingsford".
I do not know how the game lite species, because it seems from the food tastes like lighter fluid.
I prefer Kingsford mesquite and fair.
My grill is a Weber charcoal grill, 22 inches in diameter, and I love it.
Account holders with briquettes of charcoal that I use to keep my coal in a group of more direct source of heat or by separation of the indirect heat source.
Usually kept close to each other for grilling hamburgers or chicken. You can cook potatoes wrapped in paper and on the grill surface as well. I want to bring some fresh asparagus with butter and onions in foil and bake until they are soft and eat with all the grilled meat.
I prefer flat ground burger with grilled hamburgers, that a lot of smoke flavor burger and still has a beef burger after cooking left.
Excess fat burning burgers just too poor and want to smoke on the grill surface and leaves a little less juicy burger stick. \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ U0026lt;> Br breast boneless, skinless chicken is very good on the grill. Grill until he takes a light caramel color on the surface and the meat is white throughout.
I like kosher salt, use it for the grill, because it seems to work well for grilling meat and helps in the cooking juices from meat will seal.
To get started, simply give the holder charcoal briquettes (if any) to put in a little lighter fluid, matches and Lite with coal and when it begins to glow with a warm orange / fire is ready, start to cook. This usually takes about 15-20 minutes or less ......

... Use the "coal" ... no gas. If it's a charcoal, it is quite simple ... Buy a bag of charcoal briquettes ... Kingsford charcoal is very good ... get the "simple" type of lighting ... at the base of the grill (make sure it is clean and free of "old junk ")... a "bed of charcoal to the soil with about 2 inches product ... you put the" grill "on top of charcoal does not touch the grill ... (air space between the carbon and the bottom of the grid surface) ... (get a wooden stick matches) ... light the briquettes at both ends of the grille and center start ... recording ... After about 30 minutes, boiling heat, almost anything you want, cook ... Google " to coal for cooking and "they" have tons of great suggestions ... I wish I could have hit a spray bottle with water through the grill ... Sometimes it is the highest jet and water skiing ...

Recommend beginning with the first purchase charcoal (Kingsford, not the kind of lighter fluid already in it) and a little lighter fluid. Put the coal, not too much nor too little, in a hill on the grill. Create a group of light, do not be afraid of the reception of charcoal. Let stand for several minutes, then turn it on. Allow to burn for some time until the coals and white film from the flame. Then distribute the coal. Place the grill. And it's done everything! :)

PS If the flame gets closer, while BBQing put the lid.

WOW is one thing that I love in sunny South Africa. We call it a barbecue. Nice piece of pork, lamb chops, boerewors or T-bone steak or whatever you want on the grill grate.

We have a piece of paper a few thin pieces of charcoal and then at the top. Light and hope that the fire burned almost before you turn the meat. Let the meat for 5-15 minutes minutes before the delivery side grill for about 5. depend on how you like to eat meat. I love back to my med.

By the Way boerewors is one of our very special for a quick meal before the main meal.

Yes, follow the directions on the package for anthrax. Even better would be to buy a book for the crickets to the nearest store renovations and really get cooking! Temperature is in the Preparing great barbecue lunch and the book button will give you many tips on how to proceed.
